The certificate is an HTML ordinal: all four photos embedded on-chain, not
linked, each with its SHA-256. The macro of the hang tag is in there as a
fingerprint — the paper fibres, the print registration and the knot in the
string can't be reproduced, so nobody can ever tie that tag to a different
watch and call it this one.
Full spec, caseback markings (222 · GM-301 · JAPAN M · 526140), honest
condition, dated. Once written it can't be edited, not even by me. It ships
with the watch and travels with it on every future sale.
Worth being straight about the limits: nothing in Bitcoin binds a token to an
object. What this does is make both directions checkable by a human — from
the ordinal you can verify the watch, and a card in the box points back at the
ordinal. That's the honest version, and it cost about a cent.
