The scale should to be adjusted.. 
In general people are 5-20 more likely to hit the like button than reply, and 10-40 more likely to hit like than to branch. Generally speaking, if you look at general rations of posts from any platform.
Branching interesting info should cost more than a like. Makes people think twice about sharing valuable info vs non valuable info.
I would rather pay $0.01 per like and $0.05 to branch than the other way around.
I think there is a better balance in doing that
