This is Exactly what needs to happen IMO Posts from one can be viewed/replied/liked on the other. 
the site that the post originates gets the reward. but users get reward (sats) regardless of where the like comes from.  Imagine having a bunch of social media sites all linked this way content would make tons more bank.
