splitting - I cannot add anything atm outside of buying and selling. splitting/merging will be done elsewhere. 
listing - listing through panda will fail atm due to gorilla pool endpoints being down. if by some chance yours succeeded it is most likely stuck in limbo until endpoints/indexing is back up.
