The way I see it is.....The old way of doing things DID NOT WORK.  Legal cases, "Real Bitcoin", "We don't need price to go up"...all that stuff did not work. There is a playbook that works. Incetivize builders to come and build onchain - wether that is through grants, hackathons with prizes, whatever, builders and users need to be recruited.
