I believe this is a characteristic—or issue—of BRC-100 wallets, as they generate a new address for every transaction. You likely created the token and initially held the pending-distribution balance at a single address; however, when you migrated the wallet to the latest version of Yours Wallet and subsequently made a transfer, that pending inventory moved to a new address with each transaction. It must be a child address derived from the master seed.
