In the current system Twetch is not viable enough. Every action is held back by the fact that users keep thinking it costs money.  The solution would be a monthly subscription of about $10–$20 that includes a large enough allowance of activity most people will never fully use up — for example 1,000 likes or 200 follows. This way newcomers would immediately get the positive feeling because they would start receiving likes and comments right away.  An even stronger incentive would be if existing Twetch users could also share in Twetch’s future success — for example a daily cut of the revenue, where the earlier someone became a Twetch subscriber, the bigger share of the daily revenue/commission they receive.
